Relevant information is provided to our staff in the form of a delivery schedule with name, address and contact telephone, which is kept in the strictest of confidence and not shown or given to any other party.
How long do we keep your information –
Paper and computer information connected to the provision of our service is retained for seven years to meet current HMRC requirements. Delivery Schedules are shredded on a daily basis. Any information connected with enquiries but not resulting in an order for our delivery service is disposed of at reasonable intervals.
How we secure your personal information -
We are committed to ensuring your personal information is kept secure and confidential. We will store all personal information you provide us with on secure (password and firewall protected) spreadsheets.
Access to information -
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. You can ask us to amend it, restrict its use or stop using it all together. You can also ask us to delete the information we hold on you. See “Contact” below for ways to request this.
