We do not accept payments by credit card and therefore do not hold any credit card information on record.

At the time that you make an enquiry by email or phone, or at a later date when you provide information enabling us to provide the service.

We use your information to provide the delivery service. 

We do not pass any information onto any third parties.

Relevant information is provided to our staff in the form of a delivery schedule with name, address and contact telephone, which is kept in the strictest of confidence and not shown or given to any other party.

Paper and computer information connected to the provision of our service is retained for seven years to meet current HMRC requirements. Delivery Schedules are shredded on a daily basis. Any information connected with enquiries but not resulting in an order for our delivery service is disposed of at reasonable intervals.

We are committed to ensuring your personal information is kept secure and confidential. We will store all personal information you provide us with on secure (password and firewall protected) spreadsheets.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. You can ask us to amend it, restrict its use or stop using it all together. You can also ask us to delete the information we hold on you. See “Contact” below for ways to request this.
